K-12 Payment Center

A new technology is available that allows parents to easily make school meal payments online while tracking what their child is purchasing in the school cafeteria.  The K12 Payment Center offers parents features through the website at https://family.titank12.com/U2... or through their mobile app.

How to get started:

  • Go to https://family.titank12.com/U29898 from your web browser or click here.
  • First time users click "Sign Up" then select Tennessee and Smith County from the drop-down list;
  • Fill in your information to set up the account;
  • Click "Manage Students" to add your student(s) with their last name and student ID number (Skyward Other ID number)
  • Input your credit or debit card information and you're ready to go!

Once you create your account and add your student(s), you will have the ability to set up reoccurring payments and low balance notifications.  Existing monies on your students account will still be available when you set up your new account.  You will have access to your child's meal account balance and cafeteria purchase history 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
