If you are looking for a Pre-K class to place your child . . . UHS has openings. To grab a spot call the office at (615) 735-1975 to get your child registered.
You will need the following:
Pre- K Students must be 4 years old on or before August 15, 2024 in order to start school for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
It is very important to register for the school your child will be attending in the 2024-2025 school year.
Please bring the following information when registering your child:
Birth Certificate
Tennessee Certificate of Immunization
Physical Examination (conduction by August 1, 2023)
Proof of Smith County residency (utility or tax statement)
Proof of custody if the child does not live with one or both natural parents.
Students may register for Pre-K & Kindergarten without required documentation; however, students must have documentation to begin school in August, 2024
