Stephanie Dyer, stephanie.dyer@smithcoedu.net, graduated from Macon County High School in 2004. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology with a concentration in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Tennessee Technological University in 2008. She went on to receive her Master's in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University in 2010. Stephanie started her career in DeKalb County as a School Nutrition Supervisor from 2010-2014. In 2014, she left DeKalb to work as the Upper Cumberland School Nutrition Consultant for the Department of Education. She started working for Smith County Board of Education in 2018 as the School Nutrition Supervisor.
